By using Outpick, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

Acceptable Use

Outpick is an NFL survivor pool app for entertainment purposes. You may not use Outpick for any illegal purpose, including running pools that violate gambling laws in your jurisdiction.

Pool Prizes and Entry Fees

Outpick does not accept entry fees or distribute prizes. If a pool commissioner chooses to collect entry fees or distribute prizes, that happens entirely outside Outpick. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

Accounts

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Outpick Pro is a yearly auto-renewable subscription. All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple; see our Refunds page for details.

NFL Data

Outpick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any NFL team. Game data is publicly available information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Major changes will be communicated in-app.
