Delete Your Account

Deleting your Outpick account permanently erases your account, your picks, your pool memberships, and your activity history. Pools you created that still have other members keep running without you; pools left empty by your departure are deleted too. This cannot be undone.

Delete In the App (Instant)

1. Open Outpick and go to the Account tab
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
3. Confirm with "Delete Forever"

Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no "deactivated" state.

Delete By Email (No App Needed)

If you no longer have the app installed, email outpick@appsthathelp.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Outpick account". We verify the request against the account's sign-in email and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you signed in with Apple using Hide My Email, send the request from that relay address or include your display name so we can find the right account.

What Gets Deleted

Everything tied to your account: the account record, your sign-in identifier, your email, your display name, every pick you made, every pool membership, and your activity log. There is nothing we keep.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Outpick Pro subscription, because Apple and Google handle billing directly. Cancel in your device's subscription settings (Settings on iPhone, Google Play on Android) before or after deleting, otherwise the subscription renews against an account that no longer exists.
